Professional maritime experience spans commercial vessel operations, private yachts, marine tourism, and offshore archaeological support. Early experience in the private yacht industry throughout the Pacific Northwest provided extensive training in vessel operations, navigation, docking, maintenance, guest services, voyage planning, and vessel refit projects. This work was complemented by earning STCW Basic Safety Training certification, an Advanced Firefighting endorsement, and a 100-ton United States Coast Guard Captain's License.
